Since 1996 The Flat Head has produced some of the most consistently high-quality pieces with the highest level of detail. The Flat Head is most widely known for their denim with the prized quality of vertical fading. Their cotton is dipped significantly more than other brands. Starting out very dark, this denim produces beautifully high-contrast fades over time. TFH is also known for their tough and beautifully detailed shirts. Truly a brand that speaks for itself: "We Are Particular About Our Clothes."

  1. A tight, "knee fit", straight type 13.5 oz denim. The rise is low and the silhouette tapers down the knee, then becomes straight down to the hem. Unlike to the usual black-dyed denim, only the warp's yarn of these jeans have been rope-stained with a black dye that's why a vertical falling as they age will be worth waiting for. The original iron buttons and rivets and the vintage Union Special sewing machine showed Flat Head's passion and commitment in these jeans. Compared to the blue jeans, these black jeans have a wider range because they can be worn casually and even in a hard way. A paper patch is used which can be worth watching as it ages.

  3. This is an upgraded version of 3001 (Japan limited model). The stitches and sewings around pockets are doubled in order to make these parts stronger. Cotton and core-spun yarn are used for the stitching and it is one of the most difficult sewing technique which can be done only by the hands of experienced craftsmen. Improved sewing work makes the denim life substantially longer than previous models says TFH. Price went up a little but worth the extra as you probably need less repair and they will last longer.
