Made from an original sashiko fabric using yarn-dyed rope dyeing. While sashiko textiles can tend toward a heavy feel, this fabric was developed specifically for shirting — lightweight and soft without sacrificing the character of the weave.
Cut in a classic work shirt pattern. With continued wear, the rope-dyed fabric develops a rich, evolving patina unique to this dyeing method.
