Lot.110 Straight Leg Jeans

A modern 5-pocket jean that carries vintage details while achieving a clean, contemporary silhouette.

This model is not a reproduction of the vintage 501 silhouette, but instead uses pattern making designed for a sharper, more refined look—balancing a substantial appearance with a clean style.

Silhouette

Straight and refined.

While traditional jeans are often shaped to look balanced when the legs are slightly apart, this Lot.110 is designed to look clean and straight when standing naturally. The rise is moderately deep, and the side seams are kept straight to minimize unnecessary creasing.

Fabric

13.8oz Pure Indigo Selvedge Denim “JUMBO” (red selvedge).

While standard denim weight is around 14oz, this 13.8oz fabric offers the perfect balance of firmness and comfort.

Warp yarn: U.S. cotton (San Joaquin, California), rope-dyed pure indigo 5 times

Weft yarn: Mixed cotton, spun by Ayabe Spinning using their original “JUMBO” yarn

For this denim, special focus was placed on the spinning process. The weft yarn is made using “JUMBO,” a yarn developed by Ayabe Spinning, a company that has supported Japan’s denim industry since its early days. The name comes from the unusually large bobbins used in the process—three times bigger than normal—which allows more yarn to be wound with fewer breaks. This results in stable quality and durability, while producing a natural, subtle slub that gives the denim a rich, organic texture.

Both warp and weft yarns are naturally slubby, and the pure indigo develops into a deep, characterful look the more the jeans are worn.

Leather Patch

Deerhide leather, vegetable-tanned. Known for its rich patina and aging character.

Top Button

Original logo design. The base has a vintage-style finish, overlaid with a light grey lacquer that gives a porcelain-like shine. New, it looks clean and modern; over time, the lacquer wears from the edges, revealing the vintage finish underneath. The more it is worn, the more it takes on the look of true vintage denim.

Rivets

Double-punched rivets.

This early-style rivet construction pierces the fabric and is hammered through a bar hole to reinforce pocket edges.

Combination of pure copper rivet bars with silver-plated rivets

When hammered twice, the silver plating thins to reveal the copper underneath, creating a subtle marble effect of silver and copper tones

The hammered heads also leave small dent marks, faithfully reproducing vintage details

Pocket Lining

Made from GENERAL THINGS’ original herringbone fabric, also used in hats and workwear. Woven with ivory 40/2 warp yarns and natural-colored 30/1 weft yarns, it is simple yet has rich depth in tone.
