TRMN-503 "MONOCHROME" Level 7 Happy Suit

Built on the U.S. military’s ECWCS (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System), this jacket is designed around a layered concept that adapts from Level 1 to Level 7 depending on temperature and conditions.

MONOCHROME updates the system’s final and warmest outer layer—Level 7—using modern materials that prioritize waterproof performance, breathability, and durability.

The shell is made with a newly developed lightweight 3-layer mini ripstop fabric. It combines a high-performance surface with a special polyurethane film membrane to deliver strong weather resistance, high moisture permeability, and windproof protection. Insulation is handled by PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation—an ultra-fine microfiber material developed by ALBANY—engineered to stay warm even in wet conditions. Thanks to its water-repellent properties, it retains up to 98% of its warmth when damp.

Functional military-inspired details include a zip-off hood, YKK water-resistant zippers, and drawcord / cord-stopper hardware by ITW—components also supplied to U.S. special forces.
