This is because the shipping cost is calculated per average weight of one product.

IMPORTANT: Return product must be in brandnew condition with all tags attached in order to receive a refund.

  1. Step1: We will prepare shipping documents (Airway Bill and Proforma Invoice) and send them to you via email. Please print them out and sign Pro-forma Invoice.
  2. Step2: Call either Fedex or DHL and request for a pick-up.
  3. ( Find your FedEx or DHL Locations from the URLs below) http://www.fedex.com/locate or http://www.dhl.com/en/express/shipping/find_dhl_locations.html
  4. Step3: Fedex or DHL driver will come for the pick-up. Please hand him the return package as well as shipping documents(Airway Bill and Pro-forma Invoice).
  5. Step4: Once the return product reaches us, we will inspect the condition of the product and make a refund via the payment method you used.

Same as above. Please return the product and place a new order for the right size.

 

Return conditions:
 
-The item must be unworn, unsoaked and still have tags on it. Hemmed products cannot be returned even in brandnew condition.
 
-The item must be in the original packaging.
 
-Return request must be made within 7days after receiving the product.

Please also note that we are not operating during weekends and holidays in Japan.  As such, it may take several days before you receive the shipping documents depending on the timing of your order.

Delivery times vary widely from product to product as many products need to be shipped from various warehouses around Japan to our central warehouse for dispatch. If you would like to know shipping time estimates for this particular product, please contact our customer support at [email protected] or through the live chat at the bottom right-hand corner of this page. 

Once the item is dispatched from our central warehouse to you, it normally takes 2-3 days for an order to reach most East Asian countries and North America, and 4-7 days for other parts of the world. If the order is received by our central warehouse over a weekend, it will be processed the next business day, so it may take 1-2 more days to reach you.

I asked for the return label and received it within 24h. Called FedEx to pick up the parcel and was done with the entire process after 48h, got my money back within a week. No complaints whatsoever :) (Posted on 12/17/15)

i had to email and ask for the status of my order (return label) and was then told that it was already sent to me. Which it wasn't! But then it was all smooth from there and the shipping was a great deal. (Posted on 9/30/15)
