Studio D’Artisan, founded in Osaka in 1979, is one of the most highly regarded denim houses in Japan. They feature pigs on their label, tearing apart jeans. The production takes place in the revered Okayama prefecture, known for traditional indigo dyeing and ritualistic weaving methods. For thirty five years they have been sought after by denimheads worldwide.
