| Short Description | These work shirts have been finished based on 30-40's style. The 12 oz denims being used have been woven in an old shuttle loom.Based on the warp yarn of denim pants 3000, weft yarn have been implanted with fine count that resulted a soft denim fabric. Since the warp uses an uneven yarn, a vertical fading will be fun to watch for. The main parts have been sewn using a the triple stitching of Union Special. The selvedge found on the hem shows the commitment to a vintage feeling. A chambray fabrics are used at the back portions of neckband, placket, cuffs and pockets. The cat-eyed iron buttons of the 1920-30's have been reproduced in these shirts. These modern day hard to be produced iron buttons are fabricated by stamping.Depending on how they have ben painted the base of iron buttons will be fun to watch as they age. |
