Fabric Construction Details

1. Yarn

Outer yarn: Organic Cotton Compact Yarn

The outer surface uses organic cotton spun with a compact spinning method that minimizes fuzz and creates a smooth, even yarn. It offers a natural texture with a soft, refined, and gentle feel against the skin.

Inner yarn: KODENSHI® fiber

The inner layer uses high-performance KODENSHI® yarn, which contains ultra-fine ceramic particles. These particles absorb far-infrared radiation emitted from the body and gently radiate it back, helping maintain natural warmth without overheating.

By utilizing your own body heat, warmth is sustained comfortably while moisture evaporation is supported, keeping the inside of the garment dry and pleasant.

2. Knit Structure

Double Knit

This jersey fabric has a double-layer structure connected by internal yarns, similar to a cardboard-like cross section.

The air-holding structure provides excellent insulation while maintaining moderate firmness, allowing the garment to hold a clean, three-dimensional shape.

Despite its thickness, it is lightweight, soft to the touch, stretchable, wrinkle-resistant, and not easily see-through.

3. Finish

Tio Tio® Air-Catalyst Treatment

A hygienic finishing process that works even without light, using an air-catalyst technology. Iron-ion oxidation helps break down bacteria, viruses, and odors, delivering antibacterial, antiviral, and deodorizing effects.

This treatment also improves washability, helps release pollen, reduces static electricity, and maintains durability even after repeated washing.

4. Deodorant Brand Label

A special brand label woven with functional yarn that provides deodorizing and antibacterial performance.

The yarn contains inorganic micro-particles and silver components that absorb and neutralize unpleasant odors in close proximity, offering long-lasting effectiveness.

By layering multiple functional technologies, this garment is carefully engineered to deliver consistent comfort, cleanliness, and performance for modern urban active wear.
