It's collab time and we have cooked up something really special with our dear friends from Japan Blue Jeans! Let us introduce you to the DRAGONFLY series.

As always with Japan Blue Jeans, fabric comes first. Their ability to create fabrics from scratch gave us a lot of freedom to explore options you don't see everyday. the Dragonfly series was always meant to be ready for Spring, so we wanted something that isn't too heavy but still has a lot of heft to it. Inspired by the rugged denim of the 1950s, they designed a slubby denim with a lot of unevenness to it. What is really special about this is the cotton. The uneven cotton is a blend of American and Australian cotton and is absolutely untreated, untwisted and not processed like most modern cotton. The yarn has a special touch that reminds us of raw silk. JBJ took this uneven yarn and have woven it at ultra low tension on a gravity loom for the ultimate vintage feel. Trust us, the grain on this fabric is unreal and will only become more pronounced with wear.

Now, for Spring it had to be green denim and Japan Blue Jeans came up with an idea to use petals to dye the weft in a green color that reminds us the Japanese fauna when the temperatures rise. It gives the fabric that extra bit of depth and richness. But it will also lead to fantastic fades when worn for a longer period of time.

This collab comes with all the bells and whistles, custom hardware, a custom tanned and dyed thick cow leather patch, shirting quality pocket lining, and contrast stiching throughout.

This limited edition is available in a relaxed tapered jean and type 2 jacket with handwarmer pockets. Spring has now officially sprung with this fantastic green denim.
