REWARD POINTS PROGRAM
The Reward Points Program allows you to earn reward points based on purchases you make on our site (“Reward Point(s)”).
Benefits of Reward Points for Registered Customers
Once you register an account with us, you will be able to earn and accrue Reward Points, which are redeemable towards the costs of your orders. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and is our way of showing our appreciation to you for being a loyal customer.
Earn Reward Points
Points are earned every time you make a purchase on our site through your account. Unless stated otherwise, you will earn 5% in Reward Points based on the eligible transaction amount. Reward Points will not be earned for any costs charged separately at check-out, such as taxes, shipping etc. Points for each eligible purchase will be transferred to your current balance 14 days after your order is shipped. We have the right to select which products are eligible for earning Reward Points.
Redeem Reward Points
You can use Reward Points you have earned to shop as if it was cash. You can choose to spend however many Reward Points you want to use at checkout and only pay the remaining difference in your cart. We have the right to select which products are eligible for redemption of Reward Points.
When you spend Reward Points, you will see the equivalent monetary value of the Reward Points at check-out. The value of the Reward Points is based on Japanese Yen which is then converted to the currency you are checking out in, so the value may vary due to current exchange rates.
We retain full discretion over the exchange rate used for converting Reward Points, and this rate may not necessarily match prevailing market exchange rates. The exchange rate applied to Reward Points is determined solely at our discretion and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. As a result, the monetary value of Reward Points at checkout may differ from previous transactions and may not align with prevailing market exchange rates.
For illustration purposes, if you have Reward Points equivalent to 10 USD and the total value of the products in your cart amounts to 100 USD, you can redeem up to 10 USD in Reward Points which will be deducted from the final amount at checkout. The exact value of Reward Points at checkout will be determined based on our system exchange rate which is updated on a regular basis.
Reward Points cannot be applied to any costs charged separately at checkout, such as taxes, shipping etc.
Unless stated otherwise, Reward Points can be redeemed in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards, and more.
Manage Reward Points
You have the ability to view your Reward Points through the Customer Account section. From the Customer Account area, you will be able to view your total available points in local currency.
Reward Points Expiration
Reward Points will expire after 180 days from the date it is recorded on your account.
Guidelines:
- Reward Points can only be used on our website only. The points are not redeemable for cash.
- In order to earn Reward Points, you must be logged into your account.
- Reward Points are deposited 14 days after the order is shipped. If you cancel or refund an order, you will not be awarded Reward Points for such an order and if any points were added to your account, it will be deducted accordingly.
- Reward Points are not awarded for any additional costs charged separately at checkout (such as taxes, shipping etc.).
- The Reward Points are non-refundable and non-transferable and the expiry date may not be extended. Once expired, Reward Points cannot be reinstated, reissued, or transferred under any circumstances.
- There may be certain restrictions on which products the Reward Points may be used to redeem, such as limited edition products or sale items, and there may be limitations on whether the Reward Points may be used in conjunction with certain coupon codes.
- We have the right to deduct Reward Points or suspend your account if the Rewards Points Program is abused. We reserve the right to audit all transactions involving Reward Points. If fraudulent activity, misuse, or exploitation of the program is detected, we may take corrective actions, including canceling orders, Reward Points, suspending or terminating accounts, or pursuing legal action.
General
We reserve the right to amend the Rewards Points Program at any time by changing them on this site. You are kindly requested to check this page regularly for changes.
You acknowledge that we have the right to interpret the terms and conditions of the Reward Points Program and authority to make any final decisions regarding the interpretation and implementation. Our decisions on all matters related to the program, including the application of Reward Points and eligibility, are final and binding. In addition, we have the discretion to discontinue or change the terms and conditions of the Rewards Points Program at any time.
