The denim used here is Samurai's 19oz Kiwami denim, which is created on a vintage shuttle loom by pounding together slubby #5 thread for the warp and slubby #4 thread for the weft. This denim has the hardest texture of all of their original fabrics and produces incredible fades. For the sewing, They’ve stuck mainly to two colors: original yellow and golden brown, with the stitch count, needle count, and stitch width all varied according to each part of the jeans to bump these up to the next level of attention to detail.
