BR-3007PG "STANDARD" 30/7 COZUN Pullover Hoodie Pigmentdye (BLACK)
COZUN knitting is a proprietary fabric knitting method developed by BARNS OUTFITTERS. It is produced using a rare, small-diameter knitting machine that was modified from traditional loopwheel machines originally used during the Taisho era (1912–1926).
By knitting slowly with minimal yarn tension and allowing air to remain within the fibers, COZUN knitting achieves a balance of loopwheel-style softness and modern firmness. The fabric is typically knitted in a tubular construction and sewn using flatseamer machines, resulting in a vintage-inspired texture and exceptionally comfortable wear.
■ Features of COZUN knitting
- Rare knitting machine: Produced using a modified small-diameter knitting machine based on Taisho-era loopwheel machines, with only a few units existing worldwide.
- Unique texture: Low-tension, slow knitting creates a soft, full hand feel combined with natural resilience and structure.
- Tubular body: Knitted in a seamless tubular form with no side seams, offering a clean appearance and stress-free comfort. (Side seams are used for XL sizes and above.)
- Flatseamer construction: Sewn with flatseamer machines using four needles without overlapping fabric, resulting in smooth, durable seams that do not irritate the skin.
- Vintage character: Traditional production methods and dyeing techniques create a worn-in look with subtle nep and depth in texture.
■ BARNS OUTFITTERS standard material
