10oz WWII Selvedge Denim (Un-Finished) is developed to faithfully reproduce the practicality and texture of 1940s wartime work jeans while offering lightweight comfort for modern wear.
The fabric is woven using 7/- warp and 10/- weft yarns, made from 100% cotton with 20% recycled cotton. The recycled fibers are re-spun from off-spec yarns, cotton waste, and deadstock materials generated during spinning, contributing to a dry hand feel, visible nep, natural hairiness, and an uneven surface texture characteristic of vintage denim.
The warp yarns are carefully starched and woven at low tension on traditional shuttle looms, resulting in a dense weave with a soft, springy feel. Despite its 10oz weight, the fabric has the visual presence of approximately 13oz denim, making it suitable for year-round wear, including warmer seasons.

■ Important notes
- Although the product has been one-washed and sun-dried, additional shrinkage of a few centimeters may still occur.

- Avoid tumble drying and chlorine bleach. Always follow the care instructions on the quality label.
