M1012W (001) 10oz Left Hand Twill WWⅡ MODEL

MATERIAL
10oz WWII Selvage Denim (Un-Finished Greige)
- Count: 7/- × 10/-
- Composition: Cotton 100% (including 20% recycled cotton)
- Weave: Reverse twill (left-hand twill)
- Finishing: Sanforized / Skew / No singeing
- Treatment: One wash + sun-dried

20% of the yarn is spun from recycled cotton — waste fibers, off-spec yarn, and deadstock thread recovered from spinning mills. This reproduces the surface fuzz characteristic of short-staple fibers, the raw nep texture, a dry and slightly rough hand, and an uneven surface appearance.

Sized warp yarn is fed through vintage shuttle looms under low tension, with the weft packed tightly for a dense, vintage-like structure combined with an airy softness. The fabric carries the visual weight of 13oz denim while weighing in at just 10oz — making it comfortable to wear across all seasons.

DETAIL
- Regular straight fit with a deep rise and slight room through the silhouette
- One-side selvedge construction (reflecting historical fabric width constraints)
- Iron one-star donut button / Iron UFO fly button
- Crotch rivets
- High yoke design (a detail rooted in workwear heritage)
- 6-loop belt loop construction for added durability
- Cotton thread stitching for natural aging
- Leather patch: Cowhide tanned naturally, hand-washed, hand-kneaded, and sun-dried five times, then oil-finished — a one-of-a-kind result
- Rayon woven label
- Cotton 100%
- Made in Japan

Every detail exists out of necessity, not decoration. Within a structure stripped of excess lives the rationality and strength of 1940s workwear. Raw yet layered in character — a look that only deepens with wear.

ATTENTION
- The product has been one-washed and sun-dried, but additional shrinkage of several centimeters is expected.
- Hemming is recommended after 2–3 washes. If hemming before washing, allow approximately 1 inch of extra length.
- Do not tumble dry. Do not use chlorine bleach. Check the care label before washing.
- As with all denim, take care to avoid indigo dye transfer.
