This indigo T-shirt is made from rope-dyed indigo jersey fabric and finished with Bengala dye. The distinctive uneven coloration characteristic of natural dyes gives the fabric a unique appearance. The indigo and white ribbed fabric is dyed in two tones, turning the white areas red and creating a rich, dimensional appearance. Bengala dyeing is also known as "soil dyeing," and because it uses natural materials, the dye can eventually return to the soil, making it gentle on both people and the environment.
