Based on TROPHY CLOTHING’s classic model “1605,” this exclusive version incorporates special specifications designed for Denimio.
It preserves the essence of the original while meeting the needs of today’s wearers.

Features
1. Expanded sizing (Denimio exclusive)
While the standard 1605 is available up to size 42, this exclusive model offers an extended range up to size 50.
This was made possible through the cooperation of TROPHY CLOTHING director Mr. Egawa, who developed a new pattern specifically for larger sizes.
In addition, all sizes feature an inseam of 87–88cm.
We hope this makes it easier for more people to experience the world of TROPHY CLOTHING.
2. White stitching used in place of the standard orange (e.g., back pocket stitching, selvedge)
3. Denimio-exclusive flasher, leather patch, and bell coin
4. White tab added at the coin pocket (Denimio branding on the back)
5. Comes with a Denimio-branded tote bag as a purchase bonus

Fabric & Sewing
The fabric used is 14.5oz DIRT DENIM (same as the standard 1605).
Thick, uneven yarn is slowly woven on vintage shuttle looms.
These looms are rare and operated in only a limited number of workshops in Okayama, requiring a high level of craftsmanship.

The denim is rope-dyed in a deep, blackish indigo using a proprietary recipe.
Chain stitching is done using a UNION SPECIAL machine, creating beautiful puckering as the jeans age.

Core-spun thread—cotton wrapped around a polyester core—is used for sewing.
The thickness of the thread is adjusted by part to balance durability and texture.
