The elegant shoulder strap is adjustable, allowing the bag to be used as both a shoulder bag and a one-shoulder bag. The interior features a single pocket, and its daily-use size is spacious enough to hold A4 documents. Embossed on the bag is “B.L.W.,” derived from Baggage Load Wanderlust, which means “a desire to wander with a bag full of belongings.”
Crafted from full vegetable-tanned leather produced in Himeji, tanned with tannins extracted from mimosa and chestnut, each piece is carefully hand-dyed using the traditional Oka-zome method. After being richly infused with oil, the leather undergoes the unique “scorching” process, giving it a vintage-like character. This original leather, named OLD OIL, will develop a deeper luster and richer texture over time, allowing you to enjoy its aging beauty for years to come.
