This is an ancient dyed series that seems to be the most COLINA-like material.
With the theme of going back to the basics
we have developed a complicated
maniacally difficult fabric.
The base fabric is made of cotton tussah
which is woven slowly and painstakingly over time on a power loom. It has a moderate density and firmness.
It is a strong and firm fabric
but it is so smooth to the touch that it is hard to believe that it is 100% natural cotton. It is a fabric with a deep sense of taste that also has a softness that is fluffy and comfortable to the skin.
Using sulfide dye
one of the traditional dyeing techniques
craftsmen manually prepare the fabric so that the dye penetrates and blends into the fabric unevenly. Generally
industrial dyeing is done in a uniform manner to avoid unevenness in dyeing
but this is done in the exact opposite way
randomly dyeing the fabric so that no two pieces are alike and each piece has its own unique look.
'DUST' is inspired by uneven dyeing as if it were dug up from the earth.
'AO' is reminiscent of the flower of indigo
a very complex and powerful material with an impressive color. The image of bubbles floating on the surface of the liquid when the flower of indigo is fermenting.
After pre-treatment so that the areas to be dyed and the areas not to be dyed are unevenly distributed
the fabric is placed in a kiln and dyed. This is a manufacturing process that is extremely difficult to reproduce because it is a dyeing process that can only be done by hand by craftsmen.
Doing something that is not suitable for mass production is the starting point of COLINA. The very complex
powerful
and punchy expression is impressive.
Like a shirt jacket
It is a lightly tailored jacket. The fabric's firmness and the body-width sizing make this a jacket that can be worn over a T-shirt all year round. It can be worn over a T-shirt all year round.
The side patch pockets along the front curve of the jacket the front curve of the jacket. By adding a curve
the pockets are visually visually not to be too heavy when seen from the front.
Modern pattern work and sewing While it is a jacket that can be used on a daily basis

The pants are washed once after being sewn to give them a good texture and feel comfortable against the skin. We think this item will be a good accent when you are wearing light clothes and your outfits become simple. In fact
the more you use it
the softer it becomes
and as you wear it
it will change over time to a unique texture due to the difference in dye hardness caused by uneven dyeing. The fabric is made of firm cotton tusser with firmness
so you can experience a stress-free wearing feeling.
Please note that each item is different due to the different shading
unevenness
and dyed patterns of the dyeing process.
