It was operating a lot in the 1950s during the period of high economic growth in Japan.

The process of LOOPWHEEL has history like denim, with craftsmen.
A skilled craftman repeatedly repaired and improved, and cherished it carefully.
Unlike other clothing, there are no side seams in the old sweat-shirts.
Because LOOPWHEEL is in the form of a tube and knitting. (It is becoming a so-called round-shape)

Because the size of the hanging knitting machine has been determined in advance, it is produced by changing the knitting machine for each size.
Knitting is very slow, most hanging knitting machines only move 24 turns per minute.
Because it is woven slowly, 1 meter of fabric per hour is the limit.
This makes it unnecessary burden on the thread, it is so soft that it contains air, has elasticity, makes it possible to make a fabric that fits the body.

However, due to the inefficiency of hanging knitting machines, in the 1950s most companies were to replace with new knitting machines.
