Lot.220A [OFFSET XX MODEL]
The XX model manufactured by DENIME at the time of its founding has been thoroughly reproduced. The fabric was developed jointly with KURABOU, using the recipe from those days as a reference. The same American cotton ring-spun uneven yarn as at that time was rope-dyed in a special indigo color, and then finished with a botanical-dyed finish to reproduce the deep DENIME-like color. In the refining process prior to rope-dyeing, the warp yarn is dyed in room temperature water, which is unique to the weaving house, so that the dyed areas are darker and the medium-white area remains firm. The power loom also uses the GL3 loom, which is known for its old-fashioned looms, so the characteristics of the uneven yarns are directly expressed in the denim. Buttons and rivets have been updated in terms of materials and shapes. This is truly a pair of jeans that combines the originality of DENIME and the manufacturing skills of WAREHOUSE, and aims to be the pinnacle of Japanese denim.
